The board met on April 24 and 25 in Saskatoon. After a successful Policy Governance orientation session, for both existing and new board members, a workshop on the development of an Ownership Linkage Policy was held. During the board meeting, board approval was also given to establish the membership of the various board committees as well as passing several motions to amend existing Governance Policies subsequent to previous policy monitoring discussions. Various reports were received and approved. The next board meeting is on June 12 and 13, 2015 in Regina.
