The National Trust for Canada and the Nova Scotia Lighthouse Preservation Society are excited to announce the launch of This Lighthouse Matters. This first-of-its-kind crowdfunding competition gives Nova Scotia communities working to save their lighthouses a chance to win cash prizes, raise awareness, and gain support from people across Canada. Canadians can vote and help fund the campaigns of individual lighthouses on the website. All visitors to the website can vote once a day, every day, for each project they support, until July 15.
