Pamella Acton, chair of the Saskatchewan Arts Board, announced the appointment of Ranjan Thakre as interim chief executive officer of the Arts Board, effective immediately. Thakre has been on the Board of Directors of the Arts Board since January 2014. He has also served as chair of the City of Regina Arts Advisory Committee and on the board of the Regina International Fringe Theatre Festival.
