Our board successfully concluded our spring meeting on Saturday June 13 after a very ambitious and productive day of business. Our second opportunity to monitor board policies for appropriateness and good governance resulted in only a few minor adjustments. A significant part of our day was spent reviewing and endorsing our new Ownership Linkage Policy and Advocacy Plan that will lead us in those areas of public engagement. Our CEO, Ingrid Cazakoff reported on several Executive Limitations as well as providing the board with a report on the multitude of very significant initiatives that she and her staff are presently engaged in. Our day was also rounded off with a presentation from Sandra Massey on her continuing research work.
