Canada Not-For-Profit Corp. Act Requires Non-Profits to Transition to New Act
All organizations incorporated under the Canada Corporations Act, part II, must transition to the Not-for-profit Corporations Act by October 17. Corporations Canada has two informational videos aimed at helping organizations with the transition.
