March 2019 - We're Hiring a RESEARCH ASSISTANT for the summer of 2019.  

On February 21 2019, an election was held at Heritage Sask's AGM, forming the new Board of Directors.

On January 30 2019, A new Five-Year Lottery Agreement was signed, providing funds for sport culture and recreation. The Saskatchewan Lotteries Trust for Sport Culture and Recreation has been in place since 1974, and is a unique model in Canada, where the distribution of lottery proceeds is handled by non-profit organizations, including SaskSport Inc., SaskCulture Inc., and the Saskatchewan Parks & Recreation Association Inc.  In other provinces, lottery proceeds are distrubted directly by government.

July 2018 - Kristin Catherwood achieves international acclaim with article on Canada's barns featuring in Indian publication, "Explore Rural India."  Read the article (page 39).

July 2018 - RIDE, the documentary produced by Heritage Saskatchewan's Intangible Cultural Heritage Officer, Kristin Catherwood, with the National Film Board as part of its Doc Lab Saskatchewan Initiative is now available on Amazon Prime.
