It's that time again, everyone's favorite time of the year: OKTOBERFEST. Once again, Oktoberfest will be a 2 day event: kicking off on Friday, October 19th at 7:00pm with a delicious traditional German style meal, and followed by the very popular Mr and Ms Oktoberfest Contest. Mr and Ms Oktoberfest Contest Are you proud of your German roots, or just simply love the German Culture? Well, this contest is for you. This is our 6th year hosting the very popular contest and it is open to all who would like to partake. The newly crowned Mr and Ms Oktoberfest will be asked to represent the German Club at other cultural events held within the city. Both winners will receive a beautiful basket filled with items generously donated by businesses in Regina.

Saturday - October 20th, 2018 Oktoberkinderfest An afternoon filled with activities for children of all ages. Stay tuned for the list of children activities. Traditional food and drinks will be available to purchase throughout the afternoon. A children's raffle will also be held, all items were generously donated by local businesses in Regina. Time: 2:00-5:00pm Free admission
Oktoberfest Craft Sale Our Oktoberfest is growing, NEW this year is a Fall Craft Sale. It is free admission, and since our own hall and courtyard is in use, we booked the hall beside us. Fresh barbecued Bratwursts will be available to purchase on the sidewalk (weather permitting of course). Keg tapping Ceremony & Dance One band confirmed for the evening are Ken Runge and Polka Pals - playing everything from Polka to Rock n' Roll Traditional Food and the best selection of German Import Bier will be available for purchase. Time: 5:00pm - 1am Cost: $12.00 for members, $15.00 for non-members (Does not include meal or beverages.)
Team Challenges: This event is always tons of fun to watch and participate in. This year the challenges will happen in the lounge of the German Club. Are you up for the challenge? If so, call the club and register your team. A team consists of 3 players, and it is FREE. Top 3 teams will win a prize.
